Within this area, there are a total of 5 prime building locations of 5 acres or more that are designated Bronze Certified Sites by the Arizona Commerce Authority and a five acre site that is designated as a Gold Certified Site also by the Arizona Commerce Authority. In addition, Prescott Valley has an Arizona Commerce Authority Gold Certified Building that is available for immediate occupancy through a lease agreement. It is the15,400 sq.ft. Deltag Building near the town's central business district.
